Privacy policy

This website collects as little data as possible. There is no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or forms. YouTube videos load only when you click them. Fonts are served from the same server.

Data controller

The data controller is GETAI2WORK Piotr Senkus, ul. Kępińska 7, 60-115 Poznań, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9720866318, REGON 301759723. Contact for data matters: info@senkus.info or the postal address above. No data protection officer has been appointed.

Contacting Edi Pyrek

The “Book a talk” button opens your email program with Edi Pyrek’s address. The message then goes directly to him, and he is its recipient and a separate data controller for that correspondence (edipyrek@gmail.com). The website stores nothing from that message.

YouTube videos

The website shows thumbnails from its own server. Only a click starts a video from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. From that moment Google Ireland Limited receives, among other things, your IP address and may store data in your browser under its own terms, and data may be transferred outside the EEA. The basis is your action, the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without a click no data reaches YouTube.

Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Log data is stored by the hosting provider Hostido, acting on our behalf. Incoming email is forwarded to a Google mailbox, which may involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area under the mechanisms used by that provider, in particular standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data and do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address.
