Terms of service

Terms for electronically supplied services on edi.gotowynaprzyszlosc.pl, drawn up under Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

§ 1. Service provider

The service provider is GETAI2WORK Piotr Senkus, ul. Kępińska 7, 60-115 Poznań, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9720866318, REGON 301759723. Contact: info@senkus.info.

§ 2. Services

The provider offers free of charge: making the website content available. No account is required. The agreement is concluded by entering the website and ends when you leave it.

§ 3. Technical requirements and rules of use

You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser. Supplying unlawful content and disrupting the website are prohibited. Using the internet carries typical risks such as malware, so it is worth keeping your software and security up to date.

§ 5. Copyright

Content, graphics, test texts and archetype descriptions are protected by copyright. You may use them within the limits of permitted use. Any other use requires the rightholder’s consent.

§ 6. Liability

The content is informational and is not legal, financial, medical or investment advice. This does not limit consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

§ 7. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@senkus.info or the provider’s postal address. We will reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including municipal or district consumer ombudsmen in Poland.

§ 8. Final provisions

Personal data is covered by the Privacy policy. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence. These terms may change; a new version applies from publication and does not affect services already performed.
