Thirty-five years at the same threshold

Ritual, politics and artificial intelligence look like three separate lives. One moment connects them: the old order loses its power, and the new one isn't in any report yet.

IRitual

Sun Dance, sangoma, dervishes

For over a decade I studied how people pass through the end of their world. The Sun Dance among the Blackfoot in Canada. African sangoma, Siberian shamans, Sufi dervishes, Buddhist monasteries. Cultures thousands of kilometres apart, and the same pattern in each.

  1. CollapseThe old order loses its power.
  2. DisorientationThe old maps stop guiding you.
  3. ExperimentYou try new ways of acting.
  4. New identitySomeone you have not yet been emerges.
IIPressure

Decisions you pay for in public

Then nearly a decade in politics: advising prime ministers and ministers, election campaigns. A few months after 9/11, work in Afghanistan with negotiators and tribal leaders.

Where the map ends, nobody asks for a slide deck.

IIIMachine

Same threshold, new name: AI

For a decade I have worked with people building AGI and humanoid robots. With David Hanson, creator of the android Sophia, I co-founded GAIA. In Davos GAIA received the Responsible Innovation Award from Ahura AI. Here technology runs faster than the way we think, and the way we think is what I work with.

Copernicus took away our place at the centre of the universe.

Darwin, our special place outside nature.

Freud, our full control over ourselves.

Today AI is taking the certainty that intelligence belongs to humans alone.

Who must a leader become when intelligence stops being the advantage?

That pattern became the S.E.T. model

The biggest risk today isn't a mistake. It's a decision made too late.

01 / SEE

See what is really changing

Cultural Code Forecast™ reads signals in culture, language and behaviour before they become trends. Plus a board briefing and a readiness assessment.

We know what stopped working.

02 / EXPERIMENT

Test the future in practice

Flow Archetype Test, FlowX, Collective Creativity. One specific change, tested before you invest in the whole transformation.

We know what works, and for whom.

03 / TRANSFORM

Change the system, not just behaviour

Future-Ready OS for a leader or an organisation. What proved itself moves into roles, processes and everyday decisions.

A repeatable way of working takes shape.

What people I've worked with say

“Edi can bring not just one person but a whole team into a state of flow.”

David Hanson, CEO Hanson Robotics

“Edi's Future-Ready OS is probably the only future-readiness programme you will ever need.”

Ryan Breslow, founder of Bolt

The first step can be one conversation

Thirty minutes, no commitment. We'll look at what has changed, which assumptions stopped working and which experiment to run first.
